Poka Yoke
Software tool for managing and disclosuring Poka Yokes
Poka-yoke is an error-proof device that avoids defects in manufacturing processes and/or in product usage. This concept is part of Toyota Production System, and has been first designed by Shigeo Shingo using the “non-cost” principle.
One exemple is the impossibility of removing the ignition key of a vehicle when the automatic transmission is not in the dead spot so that the driver does not get out of the car in unsafe conditions.
"Poka Yoke Sys" disclosures the implementations carried out in different plants in a fast, safe and updated manner thoroughout the organization. It also allows for documenting Poka Yoke deployment adding images from previous and current situations.
