TRACE SYS
Software integrated solution for cattle rastreability, monitoring,

TRACE SYS is a mature software tool launched by Softway in 2003 that aims at controlling the animal identification and traceability process.
TRACE SYS meets all of the SISBOV needs in order to antecipate future demands, by offering great flexibility and extra control of all the steps in the bovine traceability process.
It is a complete multi-user tool, that allows for defining the functionalities that each specific user will be able to access to register or search data. This means safety and flexibility.
It is also a 100% Web-based tool that can be accessed by all the users in an easy and economic way. The data is directly added by representatives or cattle raiser, and immediately validated in order to reduce errors and increase agility.
Real time (online) communications with BND.
TRACE SYS structure enables an automatic link between new animal registration and the earing requests, with a direct interface with earing manufacturers, speeding up and enabling the traceability for each request.
The business module allows for controlling the corresponding invoices and charges from the orders.
TRACE SYS searches BND for the slaughters communicated by the cold storage plants.
The data input processes, both for new animal registrations and for movement registration, are based on Excel pre-populated spreadsheets, where the operators can perform all the tasks offline, and then send it to TRACE SYS. This means increased productivity.
TRACE SYS can be integrated with DATACOLLECTION tool, enabling more agility and reliability when collecting data, and making TRACE SYS a MONITORING solution out of SISBOV scope.
TRACE SYS includes a number of zoothecnical control reports, without the need of acquiring and feeding a second management software.
TRACE SYS is not only a software, but a complete solution for services in the IT area. Softway hosts Trace Sys, and the database of the certifying or monitoring company in its Data Center, and offers a communication channel to be accessed by our customers, its representatives, operators, supervisors, auditors, cattle raisers. Softway also cares about security by using antivirus softwares and firewall, and performs a daily backup routine. It also has a remote mirror server, which allows their clients to focus on their business, without caring about technological issues.
