Control System for the Reduction Coefficient and Manaus Free Zone Outwards Declaration
DCR Sys and DCI Sys are the latest components of Softway Foreign Trade solution family.
DCR Sys aims at controlling and calculating the coefficients for import and taxes, and generation of DCR-E (Declaration of the Coefficient for the Reduction of the Electronic Import Tax) towards SUFRAMA. DCI Sys generates and controls monthly or individual Internation Control Declaration (DCI), and is responsible for sending the required information to SISCOMEX, such as Foreign Products, National Products, and Imported Products with or without PPB.
DCR Sys and DCI Sys are part of the specific solution package for Manaus Free Zone, along with PEXPAM Sys and Import, Export, and Exchange operational solutions. In order to reduce or even eliminate manual interferences during a DCR-E (Declaration of the Electronic Reduction Coefficient for Import Tax) creation process, Softway has developed a system that is able to integrate the main ERPs in the market, and extract the required information to create a DCR-E.
DCR Sys has a number of functionalities that can help users during the DCR-E replacement/rectification processes that are created and registered, without restrict limitation to DCR-E generation towards SRF Generator Program. In order to support the outwards process control, Softway has developed DCI Sys, which can also be integrated with the main ERPs in the market and with SISCOMEX Outwards. DCI Sys e DCR Sys are designed to be intermediate systems between corporate ERP and the final systems under Receita Federal/SUFRAMA responsibility.
The processes that are supported by the system aim at increasing the information reliability, reducing the possibility of errors caused by manual interference, and, thus, reducing the process lifetime as a whole, making them faster and reliable.
