eSoftcomex is the Web-based system for Import Sys, Export Sys, Broker Sys, and Exchange modules developed by Softway.
eSoftcomex is an important resource for operation control available to Foreign Trade companies. This operation was expensive, and many times prevented small and medium-companies from using the resources considered essential to International Trade business. Since the controls are developed in a Web-based environment, and does not require dedicated links with external partners, the operational cost is reduced. eSoftcomex is also an important tool for large corporations that search for a Foreign Trade solution that is totally Web-based.
eSoftcomex allows the company to determine the user access to the system, by using the security concept by organization and partner. Additionally, the system auditing is configurable, which means that the administrator can choose the functionality to audit. When developing Web-based systems, all the basic functionalities were assured, and some others were added, such as: customization for different countries in the same database, preparation to serve several Customs departments, automatic internationalization through user’s password, and other functionalities that meet the company global strategic solutions.
One of eSoftcomex benefits is the issuing of reports that can be generated in batch, for the system to tell that the report is ready in a certain area of the server. The system also allows all the registrations and operations to be added through Wizards, which makes data filling easier.
