Export monitoring and management system
Export Sys is the monitoring and management system for Softway export operations. The system monitors all the process, from sales to the goods arrival at the customer’s warehouse.
In addition to the control all the steps, Export Sys issues the main documents required for the export process in a highly configurable and flexible way. These documents include: Pro-forma Invoice, Packing List, Invoice, Origin Certificates (Mercosul, Aladi, Form A, etc), SENF (Request for Nota Fiscal issuing), Draft, Bordereau, Shipment Instruction, Shipment Confirmation, Pre-alert, and Insurance Certificate, and others. The system also includes a strict control of Credit Letters, Cash Control, Notas Fiscais, and Bills of Lading, and automatically generates and submits several electronic documents in Siscomex Exportação (RE / DDE / DSE / RES / RV / RC).
Each step in the process is monitored through "check-points" defined by the user. Other key points in the solution include: cost management; information auditing; team and process integration through automatic message (email) generation, and control of different events.
The system also allows the integration with corporate systems via a native connection to the main ERPs in the market, or open interfaces that are available in the module.
