The main objective of these solutions is to offer the customers: cost reduction, data accuracy improvement, agility in the transaction processing, and productivity increase.
Softway, with its leadership and know-how in Foreign Trade area, and Global GED, with its expertise in solutions for document electronic management, are offering:
- Implantation of solutions for data extraction from the Import Invoice to automation of document loads involved in the international trade for Softway solutions, eliminating the need of typing the invoice in Import Sys.
- Storage and availability of Foreign Trade documents that have been typed in through different technologies.
- Services via BPO, outsourcing of typing services, and complete solutions for document electronic management.
SOLUTION GENERAL FLOW
- Reception – Invoice reception.
- Typing – Invoice capture. Definition of the box for keeping the document. Printing of bar codes.
- Data Extraction – Automatic identification of the Invoice data.
- Validation of data recognized by the system, and checked against a database (ERP or Import Sys).
- Import Sys – Linking the document imagem in the Import Process. The document view will be directly performed in Import Sys.
- ERP Systems – Integration of Invoice data with ERP.
OTHER POSSIBILITIES OF THE SOLUTION
In addition to the use of the Extraction and Validation tool for the invoice processing, the company can use it to automate the volume of other documents involved in Foreign Trade, such as:
- AWB / BL
- Packing List
- Transportation Waybill
- NF/Report of expenses charged by creditors (brokers, insurance companies, and others)
The software is generic, and if a new configuration is defined it can be used in other areas in the company, such as for inbound nota fiscal processing.
