Control System for the Tributary Classification Process
Scan Sys controls the entire product tributary classification process, NCM control, Ex Tarifário, ICMS, RECOF Products, NVE, suppliers, and following-up reports.
As the tributary classification process is not centralized, involving different areas, and needs specific controls with agility and reliability in the reception and control of information, it is managed by a three-level workflow: requester, classifier, and approver. The access management control can be totally configured and customized.
Scan Sys eliminates the exchange of emails and spreadsheets between Requesters, Classifiers and Testers, improving the performance and control of the Fiscal Classification process.
The system can be linked to other Softway modules, enabling a perfect connection between the logistics and engineering areas to the tributary classification area.
