DESCRIPTION
Cost Simulator is an additional software module, specially designed to be incorporated into the current import and export management operational solutions.
With Import Sys e Export Sys systems, Cost Simulator adds value to the operation financial management.

- Screens and functionalities with control of user and user groups access.
- Basically, it includes inboud and outbound parameters, and calculation formulas, entirelly configured by the process manager user.
- Simulation environment disconnected from the production environment. Total freedom to the user in the simulation operations.
- Easy-to-use, simplified visual interface.
- The module can be used without the need of being incorporated into Import Sys and Export Sys systems, as an additional application*.
* The incorporation of Cost Simulator module into Import Sys and Export Sys applies only to the versions released after July/2007. We recommend the use of Cost Simulator module as an additional application for earlier versions.
BENEFITS
Based on parameters and calculation formulas that are entirely configured by the user, the tool checks accurate and immediate information that aims to support “cost/benefits” analysis for international negotiations, and service contracting that are common to the operation logistics, as well as the provision of values to the cost of import and export processes to be performed.
The cost simulations are stored in a history database, and can be linked to actual import and export processes, which form an interesting data mass to support comparison reports, and management queries*.
