ACADEMY IN SOFTWAY

Softway ACADEMY, opened in February, 2004, in the its own headquarter, is a social and important investment created from the company interest in offering the young public the opportunity to develop the contents required to enter the highly competitive technology market.
The ACADEMY purpose is to provide knowledge and to invest in educational actions in order to account for the development of a more skilled workforce and better results in the technological market, where the human power is strategic. The ACADEMIA is a practical tool for the young public to find the first job, regardless the field they are graduated, as well as to prepare professionals that can be absorbed by the company.
The courses offered take two months in a partial immersion approach, so that the student can attend his/her college classes. The grid includes Oracle Technology, Databases, Java Programming, Centura Builder, and Foreign Trade. The candidates are selected in the universities, considering a good performance at university, dynamism, potential, teamwork skills and enhancement willingness.

THE PROGRAM
The grid includes the following courses:
- SQL
- PLSQL
- Foreign Trade
- Centura Builder
- Java
The classes will be hold from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. The students will be granted a studentship and food assistance for this period.
OBJECTIVE
This qualification program aims at developing and capturing the best talents as future trainee students and professionals at Softway.
LOCAL
The academy will be held at Softway, in our Training Center, at Rua Conceição, 233-Sala 605, Centro - Campinas/SP
SELECTION CRITERIA
Technicias: programing logics notions, experience in database;
Behaviour:development, interest, and potentiality.
TARGET PUBLIC
Students from technical or graduation level in the IT area.
